Rodent Damage In Insulated Wall

I was called in on rodent problem at a residence. They had a persistent problem of mice,  House Mouse and Deer Mouse.

The occupants were under going a renovation I believe it was a basement flooding. The insulation where the drywall was removed was riddled with rodent evidence. I decided to see what it looked like Thermally. These images are the results of that inspection.

To the Left is the real image This is the Thermal Image showing the rodent trails and burrows within the wall cavity.

The insulation in my opinion is worthless, poor Rvalue and contaminated.

The way the mice were entering was through a Air Conditioner line passing through the sill plate header area which was hidden by the back deck.
